Message	they've always been so. They are under quota from the managers to get parts sold... I know many dealer mechanics and this is the model. Would never expect otherwise. To expect a dealer mechanic to take apart a 25 year old non-serviceable part that's out of production to ease up some gears and replace a motor with a non-Nissan part is not in the service book and not going to happen.
