And to be honest, I felt that the GTR wasn't 100% during the track drive - they wouldn't let you engage the launch control (possibly a liablity issue), and the high ambient temperatures didn't help the turbos. And as a result, the car did not feel fast at all. Then add the top-heavy feel when approaching the turns, I came away from the drive......underwhelmed. Then jumping into the Cayman right after the GTR, the contrast could not have been more clear. Again, not an apples-to-apples comparison but when looking at the approximate price of entry between both cars being somewhat close, I wouldn't hesitate to plunk down the money for the Cayman but would have to think twice about the GTR. I really hope NisRenMits will put the next-gen GTR on a diet (physically and visually). But then again, who am I kidding? I'm not going to drop that kind of money on either of those cars. :-) I'll stick to getting my TT back on the road and enjoy it. Dave
