I am in the same situation as you, except the engine I picked up had bad rings (terrible leakdown) I am in the middle of rebuilding the entire engine for my car. Might be worth it to rob the pistons and rods for your engine unless you arent looking for a full rebuild. Im thinking once you get those turbos in youre going to want to push them sometimes which means a stronger bottom end wouldnt kill. Does add alot of work though
