Thank you for clarifying my rant. I seriously doubt the Nissan shop guide has a footnote at the end of the injector-replacement procedure that says "To save time, grind out a large chunk of the #4 intake runner to access that one PITA injector-cap screw at #6" If that's how you roll... cool. Get 'er done! But IMHO, it's just corner cutting. Literally, in this case. Lol. Also, Good question on all those aluminum shavings. Hopefully none of them fell into the intake when I was rocking the plenum off. Somehow I doubt the turbos would appreciate that.
