Message All 3 of the direct bolt on items that you linked are a good solution. In my full weight street Z I use the SPL front tensions rods with (older version) brake deflectors. The newer version is even more ridged (https://conceptzperformance.com/spl-parts-spl-brake-air-deflectors-nissan-300zx-z32-skyline-r32-r33-r34-spl-tr-bd_p_6977.php). CZP use to make (now discontinued) brake duct as well. YOu can still look at the pic & maybe make one your self. https://conceptzperformance.com/czp-racing-performance-brake-cooling-duct-kit-nissan-300zx-90-96-z32-czp-brkdct-z32_p_7717.php

Beyond that, what are you using to measure the need or improvement of the ducting?

Also Having the opening of the duct at the front high pressure region will give gains if it is not already. You should have at least the factory plastic, or one of the aluminum under shields (with OUT the venting in the bottom/center of the sheet, it defeats the purpose of directing air where it needs to go) in place. A proper front splitter will be better (5" or less for most racing organizations). Having a splitter instead of just the flat paneling sill build more pressure on the front & can feed the forward facing duct with more air.

Diffusing the front splitter properly will benefit the brakes too.

Having a vertical fence that fully blocks the front face of the tire & a gruney flap that is vertical at the out side edge of the front fascia will create a low pressure region that will draw the air out from the wheel well too.

After that step up to a more aggressive brake pad & a sticker tire compound to shorten your braking distance needed. Also with a stickier tire you can scrub a little speed off in the corner (depending on how well your chassis is balanced & setup, the track over all & your driving style).

Hopefully some of this helps.
