Take the car to a locksmith. Explain about the Ti key. It's not harder than steel and can be cut. Have a cheap test blank cut 1st. Try it on all your locks to make sure it works. (t-tops, glovebox, hatch & doors) and have them cut the Ti from the tested blank. If the test key doesn't work, have them fix it until it does before cutting the Ti key. That's why you don't want to do this without the car.
