Subject	How much boost drop is normal?

Message	I'm dropping from peak 15psi to around 12. Car is a jdm auto tt. Full 2.5 exhaust, dual intake, stillen intercoolers. I was running a hallman mbc & have installed a greddy profec thinking it would cure it. Still does the same. Is this just normal with the small auto turbos or should I be looking for something else?
