| Bonus points for "Japa-GM" term. They lost their way when they started chasing market share and the likes of Toyota and Honda. I don't necessarily blame them for that as market share translates into more money in the coffers for R&D. And to their credit, the Altima made up a lot of ground up until a few years ago. But now, they don't make the cut for auto mag comparison tests - they've been relegated to the status of Mitsubishi sedans (think: last generation Galant or similar forgettable sedans).
