Philippe Klein, chief planning officer for Nissan, when speaking to the Australian publication "Drive" at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show, offered no commitment to the Z sports car. He's the third Nissan executive to suggest the Z's days are numbered—or at least that the sports car isn't much of a priority for the brand. It was suggested that the Nissan 370Z might even be the final Z car. If true, we may be "enjoying the rides" we already have for a very long time. Where would be be if Nissan retired the Z brand after the Z31 ? Hope this article doesn't foretell the future.
