Message	valve. But your product is only so good as the people selling it, and if they don't know what they are talking about, people will see right through them. Seems like their staff aren't properly trained in the products. Actually, they even messed up my order. I was visiting my in-laws in the Pittsburgh area and I specifically asked them to ship to Pittsburgh. They shipped it to my home address in Canada...
