| Even the least expensive "to keep on the road" NA is going to be a money pit to some extent, the lower the purchase price, the more $ in upkeep, and overdue maintenance items. Me personally, if you dont mind DD'ing a POS (which the vast majority of "cheap" NAs are going to be), just get a $2-3k beater japanese truck from the 90's or a civic/sentra/focus, that way you are maximizing the amount of money to put into your TT. Why bother with another Z as a DD if you aren't done spending money on the one you really like?
