Message	It had boost cut solenoids that wouldn't let it boost past wastegate boost (7psi) when engine temps were cold or with a code 34 or if the detonation sensor picked up detonation. Otherwise, the solenoids would only turn on (not duty cycle actively) and it would draw some vacuum against the pressure driving the wastegate actuators to drive a boost pressure of approximately 9psi.
