Message 1) What YTS value is met when torquing to maximum factory spec? This will depend upon whether the threads and washer face are lubricated or not. At max torque of 43 ft-lbs, I calculate lubricated preload would be around 108ksi while no lube would be around 84ksi.

2) Can that be measured? Yes, but not by me.

3) Just wondering when torquing to max factory spec, how close are we to reaching the max YTS value of the Ramey stud? 70%, 80%, 90% or even higher??? At max torque of 43 ft-lbs a lubricated preload of 108ksi = 80% YTS while no lube preload of 84ksi = 64% YTS. Keep in mind there are many variables that are assumed such as an accurate torque wrench.
