Subject	New OBD2 reader reccomendations?

Message	What do you recommend for readers/software (not standalones) that are reasonably priced? I have PC/android/IOS devices so I can go any direction. I'm wanting wifi on the adapter so I can use any of the devices for the different software. Big thing I need right now on the software side is strip charting to watch O2 sensor swings in realtime (not from data logs afterwards). I'm to the point of paralysis by analysis. I find something I like and then read the review comments and find out a significant number of them are junk based on counterfeit ELM chips or they don't stay connected or something else hokey.
