These cars, M37 Y51's, with the Sport package came equipped with the optional 4 wheel steering, this system, on these cars, is proving to be a major issue as cars rack up miles and get older, the system starts throwing a code and two lights on the dash come on. On top of that the steering wheel looses its center position, and the car becomes very annoying to drive. The only way to reset it is by shutting the car off completely for a few minutes, and even then the light and crooked steering may still persist. Various owners have taken it to the dealer to get it aligned (my self included) as that is what the diagnoses pointed to, but no luck. Dealerships are now, slowly becoming aware of the issue and are charging upwards of 5k to replace the whole system (actuator, arms, reprogramming, etc). So there, that is the reason some of us are interested on having an Eliminator Bar made for the Y51's with sport package. Not saying that is the reason OP is asking about it, it might be, but that is the reason my self and many others in the Infiniti forums are asking.
