Just read your tech post. If you can hear them spool but can't make positive pressure they can't be seized (because they are spooling). Plus it is extremely unlikely that both turbos failed at exactly the same time one afternoon (without other obvious catastrophic engine failure). Much more likely that you have a big leak. Your tech post said you have never done a boost leak test - time to learn :-). First one can be a bit intimidating, but trust me (all of us) it is a cheap and effective maintenance and diagnostic practice in the long run. Cheer up - this is good news really :-)
