You didn't mention if you investigated the soft valve issue with your low serial number car....maybe Canada wasn't affected. Do you think the low miles/age had something to do with the turbos leaking ? Were they leaking from the internal seals, or the oil/water lines going to them? I'm concerned that a low mile-but-old car is going to need a lot of costly maintenance. I know this is an expensive hobby. Do you mind saying what you paid for your car ?(in US$ )
