Message	It is not a scam. Car was repossessed. Towing took it and after storage fees piled up the owner wasn't able to pay for it. Although I didn't see it, they say they have the title and it's clean. I took a bunch of pictures I will post after work or can email to whoever is interested. Let's just say it looks better in pictures.
