The japanese seem to be absorbed with the same sort of weird foreign-word-fetish as the multitude of dumbasses here who can't read japanese/chinese and get tattoos of japanese/chinese words that they have been told mean something "inspiring". I once saw what I can only assume was a pair of "trendy" high dollar jeans in some fashion retail place in Portugal or Spain somewhere that had the words "HIGH SCHOOL HIGH SCHOOL" emblazoned down the pant leg. I could not contain my laughter.
