Message	nearly identical. On mine cyl 1,3, and 4 were bent and cyl 2 was broken in half. Upon further inspection it looked like cyl 2 bent enough which caused the nut on the rod stud to contact the main girdle and chaos ensued. Ash bent 4 rods and nick maluso bent two sets too.
