Message	Meet in the parking lot of your bank. Meet him in the bank to accept his cash and deposit it. Most banks have a Notary that you can use to transfer the title. He can get a temporary/transport tag to drive the car away. At least in AZ, he doesn't need the title to get the tag. I sold a Volvo this way and the new owner picked up the temp tag before he met me. It went very smoothly.
