Message	They can be forged.. If you accept the bank check, have the person cutting the check notify the bank manager that you will be calling him to verify.. I drove to Texas from Ca with a Bank Check for 10K to buy a car.. the guy had been stiffed before and I had to arrange for the bank manager to talk to him directly that the check was good.. Cash is always good.. But bring protection.. Like a really big dude!.. Cj
