It is high time I get a borescope to check piston health, timing belt area leaks, seals, etc. FWIW these things are definitely going to become much more important in the future as packaging the more and more complicated engines makes troubleshooting a nightmare. What borescope are you using today? What are the right specifications to look for. Where to buy, and what's a reasonable price? Woody and ZXRider gave some recommendations 2 years ago but that's a long time ago (thanks guys). Woody recommended it having a light, fitting through the spark plug hole, and the last foot or so of cable being rigid. It seems today's trend is Wi-fi or Bluetooth capable, but I think being able to save the videos (and post on here, etc) is much more important than real-time videos to a cell phone.
