Message	I have made 500whp on stock turbos & they have hit 24psi on the stock (unmodified) actuators on a cold California winter evening. I have also been a part of a JWT530bb build that made about 600whp on the stock (unmodified) actuators & they have hit 24+psi. One of the troubles you get into spinning small turbos that hard is exceeding the turbo shaft speed & the venturing beyond rated/safe speeds.
