With a 300 treadwear these tires are probably not sticky enough I like to run the GGG Toyo R888s with a 50 treadwear. If you cant get these, then a 100 treadwear should be your maximum. Getting the tyres up to temp is an issue or more correctly up to pressure, I like to run them hot at 30PSI but of course that takes a lap or two (we do eight lap races). For time attack you only get one lap so you probably want your tyres close to operating PSI to start with, but spending some time so that you know what PSI gets you the best grip and them finding out how much PSI you get in your warmup lap is helpful. Or easier to set to your preferred PSI after testing should get you close. For a track car it needs to be low and hard, street suspension will cost you many seconds.
