Message	called Highly Saturated Nitrile (HSN or NHBR depending on where you look). This technical bulletin says that material has a shelf-life of 15 years under proper storage conditions. Tech Bulletin Based on my experience with replacing rubber components on naval vessels, I would say that even after 15 years of storage, the belt would be good for the full 60k miles.
