Message	Ford even sells an engine control pack for both the ecoboost and the coyote. Still everything is pretty expensive. Packaging aside, I think you'd have to wait until the price of the engines come down. A few desert prerunner projects are starting to pop up with 3.5 eco's instead of the usual LSX swaps.
