Message Since rigid mounting of suspension components ultimately gives you the best tire contact patch control, I would run solid bushings on a dedicated track car, or if your tolerance to noise/vibration/harshness is quite high.

On my personal car, which is a mixed-duty street & track car, I will be running polyurethane subframe bushings. These appear to be a great compromise between tire control and NVH isolation.
