Message 498HV is close to 514HV. Is a difference of 16HV in the noise? Can you chime in since you guys seem to be very familiar with harness testing?

Since bearings are typically a .25mm or .5mm oversize. You can possibly get away with a .25mm (~.01in) at undersize of your crank, but .5mm(~.02in) is out of the question.

A few repeat samples would add a little clarity since the 2nd indent has a lower value than its surrounding samples. Also, maybe cluster your samples around the nominal crank undersizes from replacement bearing manufacturers.
