Hi guys. I've been lurking in the shadows lately; but today I wanted to check in to say "Hi", and show off the replacement ride. It's not a Z32, but it's a darned good substitute. 2011 XKR - All aluminum frame and body - 3900 lbs. Supercharged 5.0 liter, direct injection, 510 hp; 460 ft-lbs @2500. 0-60 in 4.6 seconds. It literally pulls like the proverbial freight train well past a hundred. All the gizmos, incl. ZF 6 speed w/ paddles, electronic diff, active exhaust... heck the headlights even turn left and right with the steering wheel! It's a one owner FL car with 20,000 miles in great condition. I paid $38,500 for it; but considering the old Z sold for $18,500, it was only $20K out of pocket for one of the nicest GT cars on the road today. Sticker was $102K, so you can see how quickly these cars depreciate after their warranty expires. The Jag forum is nothing like TT.net. Miss you guys. Gordo
