Message rebuild turbos with a kit, it's like 50-80 a turbo to balance (I forget) and 63 dollars a rebuild kit ([ http://www.ebay.com/itm/Turbo-Rebuild-Kit-4-Nissan-300ZX-Garrett-TB22-466135-252-Clamps-709143-0001-/162150225942?hash=item25c0e81816 ])(I used this kit worked fine), do the 360 thrust bearing upgrade (why not faster spool) midwest turbo is great for balancing them, fresh clutch, I am a fan of stage 3 xtd so cheap and hold up well if broken in properly

new engine harness Bernie sells these or used to

motor mounts

run a tt fpcu and tt fuel pump

make sure tensioner was replaced when timing belt was done you can get just then tensioner for like 45 dollars off ebay

front main seal not too hard to get to so if not leaking I wouldnt worry

There is a low pressure power steering line that runs along the steering rack that likes to leak, replace that.

my opinion is, by the time you do half of this you will be like why didnt I just put on disco potato gt2860 turbo's and nismo 740cc injector. I would have but it would have cost around 2500-3000 extra on my build haha

.. good luck!

ps. for my turbo rebuilds I used the following walkthrough's (some are ghetto but they give you good pics and good advice here and there pick from each) definitely get balanced.:
