Message	We use it for work all the time. It is what is recommended by the manufacturer of our pumps for our gear box seal covers There isn't enough down time to alow any silicone to properly set up before it sees oil pressure. Blue permatex is labeled right on the tube that engine can be started immediately after applied. Works awesome. And our gear boxes see a lot more oil pressure than regular engine oil pressure.
