| mentioned that in the post earlier where you showed your dyno graph. That aside, I think you're running out of pump. 1 Walbro 485 is good typically for about 600hp on ethanol (E85). I bet you at full bore, you don't have much fuel being bled off the regulator which means it's not really filling the flex fuel sensor well. So by having your return line uphill, you're allowing it to fill up the sensor somewhat rather than having it all drain out. You should really be adding a second pump to maintain the fuel flow required for the power level you're at.
