Message ... in the past year. Same type of failure in both cases.
Urethane bushings have dried and collapsed and the arms are rusted and seized. In both cases stock arms with standard 300Degree shim kit was enough to get in spec camber. Sometimes it's best not to over think it.

Next week I'm replacing an entire engine front cross member / cradle because some misguided shop installed some kind of cam bolts onto the front lower arms and willow ed out the bolt holes. Now everytime you align the car the settings slip.
