Message	I agree.. extremely poor business practice from Rich at RDZ. Sorry to hear the treatment you received after spending all that money. I also had a sub par experience with them and would advise anyone to stay away. Being an enthusiast requiring fine details and promises to be completed are a guarantee let down with RDZ!
