Message	Having an E63S wagon, I do understand the depreciation and expense of owning an AMG. When we purchased the E63S we also purchased a 7yr MB warrantee. I can purchase an extended warrantee until 2022 for the SL. However, one doesn't purchase any sports car to be practical. These are considerations and I have not yet made a decision. I will drive the SL this week (back to back with my Z) and may find that I will miss the manual transmission, etc. What is appealing about the SL are all the modern conveniences, not having to remove T-tops, etc. What is interesting is that the SL63 is only rated as 4 seconds to 60 in spite of its 577HP. My Z and SQ5 are slightly under 5 seconds (and my wife's wagon is 3.4!). Will that be enough to entice me to drop a lot of money and sell a car I love? Don't know yet. Sorry for my rambling. Obviously I am having trouble with this decision.
