Message	that mistake with the "autopilot" on the Model S / X. Yes, it certainly does help with the average commute, but you should still be ready to take control at any moment. In fact, I am willing to bet that the way regulations are written currently, if you were involved in an at-fault collision in autonomous mode, it would still be considered your fault.
