Message	What I'm wondering is if the studs are perhaps *too* strong for the block, and/or the stud torque tightening method isn't consistent enough. What's the clamping force of studs vs. bolts? OEM bolts should be tightened using the (more precise) angle method, whereas studs are just torqued on. Just some thoughts... - Sam
