Message	Machine shop did not have the torque plate available when I stopped by so I didn't witness measurements with the torque plate. I don't doubt that the machining was done with a torque plate tho. Yes, I did measure with one head loose and found that not having the other side torque doesn't really affect the readings. In other words, using 1 torque plate during the machining process is fine.
