I drive 2.5 and I wouldn't even consider it.It is "common" knowledge that the vast majority of accidents happen within a couple/few miles of home and then combine that with driving to-from work and I am sure you are looking at a very large % probably well north of 75 So yeah, NO DUH, they don't want you driving it to work during rush/commute hours if they are paying the claims. Weighing the merits of an insurance company based on the premium prices is tantamount to comparing peak HP numbers...it barely tells a fraction of the story. Wait until you need to file a claim or some other service from the company, THEN you will find out if your $ is well spent or not. I haven't heard of Citizen's, aren't they a subsidiary of USAA or perhaps contracted or maybe referred to by USAA for stated/fixed-value insurance? Going to want to make a switch myself relatively soon.
