Message	and they sent me new parts, no questions asked-- didnt even ask for the old ones back (I send pictures of the damage). However, I have also had problems with them not returning emails. I suggest you call. They will likely resolve it quickly, even if it takes a few reminder calls. It would also be good for folks to post follow-ups to these sorts of posts so the rest of us know if issues are resolved or not.
