You need 740cc injectors for your power level, the Nismo/Tomei are hands down the best injectors for this platform.
I would always use the 740cc Nismo/Tomei over anything else if possible.
I would only recommend top feed and 1000cc+ sizes when going over 600 wheel HP on E85, or over 750 wheel on race fuel.The Haltech works great, but costs a lot more, it requires additional boxes for flex fuel, costs more to set up, cost more to tune.
The Haltech offers more safety features and data-logging, but E85 is extremely knock resistant, so less safety is required when running E85. For people that are not self tuners, the factory ECU with multiple programs is all that is needed and works flawlessly.
The multiple map switch set up is extremely reliable and each program is as solid as a single chip tune.
