Moved your PTU and don't care for ugly holes in timing belt cover? Don't want to pay $50 to cover them up? Go to your hardware store and buy 4 short M5 allen head bolts. Go on ebay and find some tire valve stem caps you like. There's about a gazillion different kinds, shapes, materials. The ones from China are really cheap. May take a month to show up, but. Got your parts? Either mike the head of your allen bolts and drill out valve caps so they fit over bolt head or chuck bolts in a drill and file/sand them to fit inside valve cap. Super glue or epoxy bolts inside the valve caps and screw them in. You might want to use loctite. Buy 2 sets of valve caps and put the second set on your wheels. You could do this even if you leave PTO in the OEM location. Why bother? Details make the job more unique.
