Message	...but Rob at Z Car Garage suggests 15w/50 for higher mileage Z32's. He sees better oil pressure and performance in these cases. I moved from a 10w/40 to this higher grade for track days and saw less pressure drop in cornering and my car is leaking less from the half moon and valve cover gaskets which are old and in need of replacement.
