Ash, We all respect the crap out of the products that you have brought to the Z community and not a single person questions your design or quality, but it's sad that EVERYONE knows how much your customer service SUCKS! My friend Monorom has been waiting nearly 2 fucking years for his product from a botched FB group buy and even after bugging you countless times and after you've provided him a tracking number on 6-29-16, it has YET to show shipped...
