strip it down to only a body and put everything from your car down to the wiring harnesses. its not as hard as it appears, just time consuming. if you have the tools and equipment, engine hoist, etc, then cost wont be that high. ive done it twice. you're really not spending any money after you've purchased the car other than fluids unless you want to replace stuff along the way and you could always sell parts ur taking off the new car. that is, as long as you have the facilities to do the work. good luck
