bushings are still original, do yourself a favor and change them. It's a very easy job, and the improvement in handling was very noticeable for me. Old sloppy bushings. The arm had about 1/2" of back and forth play when I disconnected the ball-joint. First you drill lots of holes around the bushing and hammer it out: Then you light what's left on fire! Then you Dremel the interior smooth: Then you push in the ES bushings: Then you chase your wife around the house with your dirty hands and watch her run and scream. :-) Thanks to those who gave me the advice I needed.
