Message I would go with Milwaukee. I've used both the Makita LXT, M18/M12 cheaper models, and the top of the line(Fuel etc) they are all solid tools. For professional use that is going to be used daily I'd say get the top tier LXT or Fuel but for just around the house their cheaper models are still great. Overall I think I prefer the fuel line because performance is on par with LXT and they have a wider variety of tools and it's nice to have everything use the same batteries. They also seem to be less expensive and go on sale often. In fact HD is having a sale right now which is perfect to replace your sears screw gun if the one I saw on google is the correct one.

I'm tempted to pick this combo up myself to replace my aging Bosch ps20.

One guy on Garage Journal even claims to have got them to include a free multi tool as well. I might be driving to the local HD as soon as I post this to see if it works :)

If you really want to splurge I can get you a Snap On CTS7250 for probably less than 200 but I still recommend you go with the Milwaukee though.
