Also, back to the bus post...a majority of that story was true...as it was a 90% narrative of my drive to work. What if a bus was stuck in the left lane and a semi-truck was stuck in the right lane. One appears to be slightly passing the other, but then the truck gains momentum. Eventually, the truck overtakes the bus, and everyone passes in the right lane, while the bus moseys for the next few miles until it exits. No one had road rage. We all made it safely away from the scene. Now, put an enraged Oklahoman truck driver behind the bus in the left lane on our morning commute. Maybe, the bus and the semi-truck stay neck and neck longer. More food for thought going back to the original story and changing vehicles. What if this was a minivan with a family? Or an exotic car with a elderly gentleman in the left lane? Would your reactions be different? Would you have cared about them more? In any case, they are all wrong for not passing in the left lane, but are the ends of running them off the road justified?
