| traffic. After 8 years in Oklahoma I know the mentality all too well seen it a THOUSAND times. If a lane is closed 1 mile ahead, some jackass will park their ass next to another car just like that to make sure no one uses the lane to go around any slower traffic. Not exactly the same situation, of course, but the same mentality.
